Phase One

The initial phase of the Next Chapter Capital Campaign includes the design of the master site plan, the acquisition of north campus land, demolition, and site preparation for a community lawn and staff parking. The centerpiece is a new aquatic complex, along with an athletic pavilion and an interior perimeter road.

Aquatic Complex

From teaching water safety to training future champions, the new 25-meter pool and training pool will be a vibrant hub on campus—supporting swim lessons, PE classes, and competitive swimming, diving, and water polo. The new facility will provide a premier experience for student athletes and families through an upgraded design with a separate dive well, locker rooms, an elevated, shaded viewing area, and restrooms. A larger pool deck allows us to host top-tier competitions, including water polo and regional
swim meets.

Athletic Pavilion

A shaded multi-purpose athletic pavilion will provide much-needed space for recess and team practices.

Interior Perimeter Road

The campus will have an interior perimeter road with a single point of entry on 22nd Avenue and a security fence surrounding the entire campus.

Community Lawn & Parking

The acquisition of our North Campus expands both our footprint and our opportunities. In its first phase, the property will become a Community Lawn—a versatile space for athletic practices, recess, and events, alongside additional parking. Site planning and city approval will proceed concurrently with the fundraising and construction of Phase One. Demolition and lawn development have been funded by a $1 million investment from the School Board’s reserves—a clear demonstration of their strong support and excitement for this transformational addition to our campus.
